Shipping Policy
At Common Player, we want your order to arrive smoothly, safely, and as quickly as possible.
We currently ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia to selected domestic and international destinations.Shipping charges and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, launches, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During launches, new drops, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping
We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $10 AUD, or free on orders over $150 AUD. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: $20 AUD, or free on orders over $300 AUD. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other local fees when it arrives in your country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the full value of each order and provide an invoice for customs when required.
Please note that customs clearance and local import processes may occasionally cause delays outside of Common Player’s control.
Tracking Your Order
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make changes, combine orders, or cancel shipments. Please ensure all details — especially your email and delivery address — are correct before completing your purchase. In rare cases, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please email support@commonplayer.com as soon as possible, and our team will do their best to assist.
Delays or Lost Parcels
Once your order has left us, it is in the care of the carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@commonplayer.com and we’ll help follow it up where possible.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped together once all items are available. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. Please note these dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production, shipping, or customs delays. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items first, please place a separate order for those items. This ensures they can be shipped without waiting for your pre-order pieces to arrive.
